Sorrow has engulfed Ekero village in Homabay County after Albert Ojwang’s father allegedly commited suicide today morning
The incident attracted neighbours to the compound to witness the bizarre incident.
Sources near the incident reveal that mzee Meshack Ojwang used a rope and hanged himself in the house,before being rescued by his wife who had gone to fetch water in the nearby spring.
It has has been established that the father to the late slain teacher and blogger was having the motive to also end his life after he received news that key witness to his late sons case had died under unclear circumstances.
The 67 years old mzee has been taken to Homabay County referral hospital where is undergoing urgent medical checkup and psychological counselling
